Terms & Conditions

Effective 20 September 2026 · This is a translation. If it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version prevails.

In short: Nampi is still at an early stage. All you can use right now is the first-wave waitlist, the blog, and its tools, and all of it is free. Nampi introduces candidates to companies, but we are not an employer and not a party to any work agreement you make. Questions? hi@nampi.id.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the nampi.id site and everything on it: the home page, the first-wave sign-up form, the blog, and the tools inside it. By using this site or submitting your email through the sign-up form, you agree to these terms. If there is any part you do not agree with, please do not use our service.

2. Who we are

Nampi (nampi.id) is an early-stage two-way job matching platform based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You can reach us at hi@nampi.id or on WhatsApp at +62 857-1389-8137.

3. What you can use today

The Nampi app is still in development and has not been released. At this stage, all that is available is:

The app screens shown on this site are design previews. The finished product may look different.

4. Who may sign up

You may sign up if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you sign up on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it. The email address you enter must be one you genuinely control.

5. Waitlist, queue number, and referral code

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that you will get access. We invite users in stages, and we decide who is invited and when, including which companies we curate for the first wave.

Your queue number shows the order in which you signed up; it is not a promised access date. The referral code is there so you can invite other people. Please use it reasonably: submitting the form repeatedly, using fake emails, or any other way of inflating your referral count will void both your code and your registration. Referral codes are not currently exchangeable for money or prizes, and we promise no reward for them.

6. What you may not do

When using Nampi, you agree not to:

7. Nampi is not an employer

Nampi is a meeting place for candidates and companies. We are not an employer, not a labour placement agency, and not a party to any employment contract, project contract, or other agreement you make with someone you meet through Nampi.

We work to verify accounts and keep information trustworthy, but we cannot guarantee that every detail entered by users is accurate, including stated salaries, job requirements, work experience, or whether a vacancy exists at all. The decision to apply, to hire, to accept an offer, or to sign a contract is entirely yours. Check the other side for yourself, and never send money to anyone claiming to recruit on Nampi's behalf.

8. Fees

At this stage everything on this site is free, for talent and companies alike. If we add paid services later, we will explain the prices and rules first, and you will never be charged without your agreement. We never charge candidates to apply for a job.

9. Blog and tools

The blog articles and tools such as the job-offer scorer and the message drafter are general information. None of it is legal, financial, tax, or employment advice, and none of it replaces talking to a qualified professional. The numbers the tools produce are estimates based on what you enter yourself. The calculations run in your own browser and are not sent to our servers, so we do not store what you type into them.

10. Copyright and trademarks

The name "Nampi", the logo, the design of the site, the blog articles, and the tools are ours and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read them, share links to them, and quote reasonably from them with attribution. You may not copy the site content to run a competing service, or use our branding in a way that could make people think you are part of Nampi.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them to improve Nampi without any obligation to pay you or credit you.

11. Escrow and cross-border contracts

Digital contracts and escrow for cross-border projects are still in development and not yet available. Anything our site says about these features describes a plan, not a promise. If we launch them, they will come with their own terms that you must agree to first, covering fees, taxes, and dispute resolution.

12. The service is provided as is

Because Nampi is still at an early stage, the service is provided as is. We do not promise that the site will always be reachable, uninterrupted, or free of mistakes. We may change the service, pause it, or shut it down entirely at any time. If a shutdown is permanent, we will try to tell you beforehand at the email address you registered.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the applicable law allows, Nampi is not liable for losses arising from:

Nothing here reduces the rights the law gives you, and nothing here limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

14. Ending access

We may cancel your registration or close your access if you break these terms, particularly section 6, or if we suspect fraud or abuse. You can also leave at any time: ask us to delete your data at hi@nampi.id and we will take you off the waitlist.

15. Personal data

How we collect, use, and store your data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these terms.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms will be updated as Nampi launches new features, such as candidate profiles, company accounts, or escrow. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version. If something important changes, we will tell you at the email address you registered. By continuing to use Nampi after a change takes effect, you are taken to have accepted it.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, let us try to settle it amicably first: contact us at hi@nampi.id and we will work towards a resolution within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.

18. Contacting us

Is anything in these terms unclear? Email us at hi@nampi.id or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within 2 × 24 hours at the latest, and usually sooner.
