NAMPIPrivacy Policy
Effective 18 September 2026 · This is a translation. If it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version prevails.
In short: when you join the first wave, we store your email along with a little technical data. We use it only to contact you about access to Nampi and to protect the form from spam. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time via hi@nampi.id.
1. Who we are
Nampi (nampi.id) is an early-stage, two-way job matching platform based in Jakarta, Indonesia. For anything related to personal data, contact us at hi@nampi.id or WhatsApp +62 857-1389-8137.
2. Data we collect
When you fill in the sign-up form on the home page, we record:

| IP address | To limit submissions per network so the form isn’t flooded with spam. |
| Browser type and referring page | To detect automated (bot) submissions and see where visitors come from. |
We do not ask for your name, phone number, CV, or any sensitive data at this stage.
3. Legal basis
We process this data based on your consent when you submit the form, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 7).
4. Visitor analytics
We may use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the page is used (for example which parts are scrolled or clicked) through anonymous session recordings and heatmaps. Both use cookies and are processed by their respective providers. The contents of the email field are not recorded. You can block them in your browser settings or with a tracker-blocking extension without breaking the page.
5. Who we share data with
- We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
- Data is stored on our hosting provider’s server, which holds it only on our behalf.
- If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
- We only disclose data to authorities when required by law.
6. Storage and security
Sign-up data is stored on the server in a folder that cannot be reached from the internet, and is only accessed by the core Nampi team. We keep it while the first wave runs, and then for no longer than 24 months from your sign-up, unless you have become a Nampi user or ask for earlier deletion.
7. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- know what data about you we hold,
- correct inaccurate data,
- ask for your data to be deleted, and
- withdraw your consent to be contacted.
Send your request to hi@nampi.id from the email address you signed up with. We reply within 48 hours at the latest, often sooner.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when Nampi launches new features, such as candidate profiles or company accounts. The date at the top of the page always shows the latest version. If anything important changes, we will let you know at the email you signed up with.
